NPT forged threaded full coupling in Stainless Steel 304/316, Duplex Steel and Super Duplex Steel — two equal female threaded ends, manufactured to ASME B16.11 in Class 2000#, 3000# and 6000#.
The Forged Threaded Full Coupling is a two-outlet fitting used to join two equal-diameter threaded pipe ends in a straight run using female NPT connections at both ends. Both male-threaded pipe ends are screwed into the coupling from opposite sides, creating a fully screwed, demountable joint. The coupling transmits fluid from one pipe to the next without welding, allowing the piping to be assembled and disassembled using only a pipe wrench.
Cunimet Alloy International manufactures threaded full couplings through closed-die forging, producing a dense body with a homogeneous grain structure that delivers superior mechanical strength and corrosion resistance compared to cast alternatives. All threads are precision-cut on CNC turning centres to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) tolerances and 100% go/no-go gauge inspected before dispatch. The hex outer profile on most sizes allows spanner tightening without deforming the fitting body.
“L” = Overall End-to-End length of the assembled coupling. Both ends carry equal female NPT threads per ASME B1.20.1. All dimensions in millimetres.

Dimensions are nominal per ASME B16.11 latest edition. BSP threads to BS EN 10226 available on request. All dimensions in millimetres.
Lightest wall, equivalent to Schedule 80. Used for moderate-pressure utility, instrument and process lines where maximum wall thickness is not specified. The economical choice for general-purpose screwed piping systems.
Standard high-pressure class, equivalent to Schedule 160. The most widely specified class globally for threaded process piping in oil & gas, chemical and power applications. Suitable for the majority of industrial threaded systems.
Heaviest wall, equivalent to Double Extra Heavy (XXH). Specified for very high-pressure hydraulic, instrumentation and process service or where project specifications require maximum wall thickness in a threaded coupling.
Austenitic stainless steel threaded full couplings for chemical process, pharmaceutical, food and water treatment screwed piping systems. SS 316 provides superior chloride pitting resistance and is preferred for coastal, marine and offshore instrument and utility connections.
High-strength duplex alloy threaded couplings for offshore process instrument tubing, chemical plant screwed connections and desalination utility piping where stress corrosion cracking resistance and high yield strength are required.
Premium super duplex threaded couplings with PREN greater than 40 for screwed instrument connections, chemical injection system piping and utility headers in seawater service, offshore and aggressive chloride environments.
